Dr. Noel Kilgarriff is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and health and pain issues. He is a licensed substance abuse counselor. Noel facilitates a weekly group in Anger Management. His background includes 20 years as a member of a Catholic Missionary religious order, during which he worked as a Catholic priest in West Africa for over ten years. He provides spiritual direction. He and his wife, Vicki, moved to Arizona in 2001 to develop Faith Counseling Center.
